Who is responsible?

FormaXI is provided by Ulgut Digital, Dutch Chamber of Commerce number 42138193, De Brink 68, Zeist, the Netherlands. Ulgut Digital is responsible for personal data processing within FormaXI. Email info@ulgutdigital.nl for privacy questions and requests.

Account and profile

When you register, we process your name, username, email address and secured password data. We also store account settings, language preferences, email verification and data needed for account recovery and security. Use a unique password and keep your login details private.

Lineups, projects and communication

We process content you add, including team and player names, lineups, tactics, projects and images. If you use social features, we also process friendships, group memberships, messages and abuse reports. Only add other people's personal data when you have a valid reason.

Subscriptions, credits and payments

To deliver paid features, we store your subscription, credits, payment status, renewal dates and references to your Stripe customer and subscription. Stripe processes payments and the associated payment data. Processing a payment does not make your projects public.

Why we use this data

Account management, storing projects, communication and paid features are needed to perform our agreement with you. Security, preventing abuse and handling reports serve our legitimate interest in a reliable service, while taking your privacy interests into account. We process data needed for legal obligations, such as financial records, on that legal basis.

What other people can see

Content you share becomes visible to the recipients or users associated with that sharing feature. Your username may be visible during social interactions. Consider names, images and personal information before sharing a project or message. Recipients may retain exports or copies; deleting the original does not automatically delete their copies.

Service providers and transfers

We use external providers for hosting, database storage, transactional email and payments. Transactional emails, such as verification and password recovery, are sent through Resend; online payments use Stripe. Providers receive the data needed for their role. Processing outside the European Economic Area requires the applicable GDPR safeguards. FormaXI does not sell personal data.

Cookies and browser storage

FormaXI uses session data for functions including login and security. The language cookie remembers your preference for up to one year. The editor also uses local and session storage in your browser, for example for a guest draft and the current project selection. Clearing browser data may delete a local draft. Account projects are stored separately from local browser storage.

Retention and security

We retain account and project data while needed for your account and use of the service. Afterwards, we keep only what remains necessary, for example for statutory records, security or resolving a dispute. Retention depends on the purpose and legal obligations. We protect accounts with secured password storage and access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and contact

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and, where applicable, portability of your data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email info@ulgutdigital.nl, preferably from your account email address. We may request information to verify your identity. We normally respond within one month; if a legally permitted extension is necessary, we explain why. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
