FormaXI is provided by Ulgut Digital, Dutch Chamber of Commerce number 42138193, De Brink 68, Zeist, the Netherlands. Contact: info@ulgutdigital.nl. These terms apply to FormaXI and its features. Mandatory consumer rights always remain in force.
What FormaXI offers
FormaXI helps you create, save and share football lineups, teams, tactics and competition projects. Features and limits depend on your account and subscription. Current features and prices appear on the pricing page and when ordering. Tactics and simulations are tools, without any guarantee of sporting results.
Your account
Provide accurate information, keep your email address reachable and protect your login details. You are responsible for account use to the extent reasonably attributable to you. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not impersonate anyone or bypass access restrictions.
Your content and rights
You retain rights to your content. You give FormaXI the permission needed to store, process, display and share it according to your use of the features. Ensure you have rights or permission for names, photos, logos and other material you add. Using FormaXI grants no rights to other people's trademarks or club logos.
Sharing and conduct
Only share content you are allowed to share. Threats, harassment, discrimination, spam, fraud, unlawful content and violations of other people's privacy are prohibited. Do not attack the service, bypass security or overload it through automation. Respect other users in messages, groups and shared projects.
Reports and moderation
Report abuse using an available reporting feature or info@ulgutdigital.nl. We may investigate reports, remove content and issue warnings or temporarily or permanently restrict accounts for abuse. Measures must fit the severity of the issue. Urgent security concerns may require immediate action. You may email us to request an explanation or review.
Prices, subscriptions and credits
Before paying, you see the selected features, price and billing period. Paid subscriptions and credit orders are processed through Stripe. Limits and credit allocations follow the selected offer. Credits are for features within FormaXI, rather than a freely transferable cash balance. Statutory rights regarding incorrect delivery, payment or withdrawal remain unaffected.
Renewal, changes and cancellation
View and manage subscriptions through your account and payment portal. The effects of upgrades, downgrades and cancellation depend on the selected period and are shown when changing it. Cancellation stops future renewal; clearing browser data does not. Consumers retain statutory cancellation rights, including applicable rules following automatic renewal. If cancellation fails or the end date is wrong, email info@ulgutdigital.nl.
Withdrawal from online purchases
As a consumer, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from an online agreement, starting when it is concluded. Send a clear statement to info@ulgutdigital.nl within that period. Logging in or using the service does not automatically remove this right. A charge for services already delivered or an exception for digital content applies only when the legal conditions are met. For a valid withdrawal, we refund the amount due within the statutory period.

Availability, changes and liability
We maintain the service and may adjust features. Maintenance or faults may temporarily interrupt access. Keep an export of projects that matter to you. Changes to a paid offer must respect your statutory rights. We seek an appropriate solution to problems; liability is limited only to the extent permitted by law.
Privacy, complaints and applicable law
Our privacy policy explains personal data processing. Email info@ulgutdigital.nl for questions, complaints or account closure. Dutch law applies, preserving mandatory consumer protection under applicable law. We apply these terms within legal limits and provide notice of changes where required.
